ALL-IN-1 PRICE

• The stated price is the total price, in short, the final price you pay.
• No additional costs for: energy and water consumption, tourist tax, final cleaning.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• No deposit is required.
• The prices listed are per night in Euros.
• The price is determined by the number of guests, both adults and children (regardless of age).
• On Fridays, Saturdays, and during school holidays, only two consecutive nights can be booked; a single night is available upon request.
• Prices vary during Belgian school holidays, the Ypres Rally, Armistice Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Prices available upon request.
• Everything is included in the price: rent, water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, final cleaning.
• If additional guests stay, an extra charge of 20 euros per person per night will be applied. This must be reported prior to the stay.
• The stay of pets can be discussed in advance.

PAYMENT

• Upon reservation, a deposit must be paid within 7 calendar days. This deposit is equal to the price of the first night. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 1 month before check-in. For reservations made within the month before check-in, the entire amount must be paid at once.
• Payment options: bank transfer or cash. No payment terminal, no credit cards.

CANCELLATION

• Cancellations are non-refundable, for any reason whatsoever. Amounts already paid are forfeited.
